Summer J.A.M. 2010 Presents:

August 16-20

Summer J.A.M. is a whole week of super afternoons for kids going into grades K - 5.

Monday through Friday from 1pm-4:30pm daily*.

*Please note that Monday starts at 12:30

No Church affilliation of any kind is required!

Fun, Games, Crafts, Singing, Bible Stories, Skits...

There is so much packed into this week that we would rather show you than tell you:

REGISTRATION

Early registration (before August 1) fees are: $35 for the first child and $30 for each additional child from the same family.

Standard registration (August 1 or later) fees are: $40 for the first child and $35 for each additional child from the same family.

What to Bring:

Weather Appropriate Clothing (all games weather permitting will be played outside)
Hats, Sunscreen, and Mosquito Repellant in sunny weather
Good footwear everyday
Summer J.A.M. T-Shirt everyday!

PLEASE NOTE:

(1) Registrations must be completed in full and paid in full to reserve your spot

(2) If you register online we will still require you to sign a release form when you arrive on Monday

(3) You may pay online via Pay-Pal (at the end of the registration process) or by sending or dropping off a cheque to the Church office (at the above address, payable to Morinville Alliance Church)

(4) If you want a Sing and Play Splash CD and/or the Chadder's High Seas Adventure DVD, you may pre-order them on the registration form and pay for them the first day of Summer J.A.M.
